Welcome to Oorvasi Prints. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our site and making a purchase, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2. Custom Orders and Proof Approvals
For custom printed products, customers must upload their design, photo, or logo. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the uploaded image is of sufficient resolution and quality for printing. When design proofs are sent for approval, you must review and confirm. Once approved, the printing process begins and no modifications can be made.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
By uploading a design, photo, or logo, you warrant that you own the intellectual property rights to that image or have obtained the necessary permissions. Oorvasi Prints is not responsible for any copyright violations or intellectual property disputes arising from designs supplied by customers.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST (18%) where applicable. Payment must be made in full through our integrated gateways or via Cash on Delivery/WhatsApp confirmations before custom orders enter production.
5. Limitation of Liability
Oorvasi Prints shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, or from unauthorized access to your designs.
