1. Processing and Production Time
Because all of our items are custom-made or personalized to your requirements, production begins only after payment confirmation and artwork approval (if required). Standard production time is 1 to 3 business days.
2. Shipping Timelines
Once printed and packed, your order is dispatched via our premium courier partners. Delivery times vary by location:
- Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days
- Rest of India: 4 to 6 business days
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address pin code. We offer free shipping on orders above ₹1,000.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your package is shipped, we will send an email notification with the tracking ID and a direct tracking link so you can follow the progress of your shipment in real time.
