1. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, or before our design team begins reviewing your design upload. Once design prep or printing has commenced, cancellation is not possible.
2. Refunds and Returns
Due to the customized and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or customer errors (such as selecting the wrong size, providing low-resolution designs, or typographical errors in customer text).
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at support@oorvasiprints.in within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos or unboxing videos showing the defect. Upon verification, we will print and dispatch a replacement free of charge.
4. Refund Processing
In cases where a refund is approved by our management team, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
