1. Cancellation by Customer
If you need to cancel your booking or purchase, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation fees will be applied based on the time of cancellation relative to the departure or delivery date.
- More than 30 days before service: 75% of the booking amount will be refunded.
- Within 15 to 29 days before service: Only 40% of the booking amount will be refunded.
- Within 7 to 14 days before service: The refund will be 15%.
- Less than 7 days before service: No refund will be provided.
2. Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any tour or service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, operational constraints). In such cases, a full refund will be provided or an alternative date offered.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original method of payment used during the transaction.
